Product descriptions, specification fields and guidance on this site are provided for information. Fields shown as configurable, to be published, or confirmed at quotation are not fixed commitments until they appear in a written quotation.

Quotations

A quotation is prepared against the specification you supply. Where a specification changes — quantity, size, material, numbering, codes or mounting — the quotation is revised. Prices, minimum quantities, production times and delivery arrangements are those stated in the current written quotation.

Artwork and approval

Where you supply artwork, numbering ranges or text, you confirm that the details are correct and that you are entitled to use any logo or mark provided. Production proceeds against the approved details, and approved information is treated as final.

Numbering accuracy

Numbering ranges, prefixes and encoded data are produced exactly as approved. Please check the approval carefully, since tags cannot be renumbered once produced.

Orders and delivery

Order acceptance, payment terms and delivery arrangements are those set out in the applicable quotation or invoice.

Text, layout and images on this website belong to FhoReal Tags Kenya unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the business publishes further details. The version on this page applies.
